One Plant, Six Scaffolding Systems
Production lines for ringlock, kwikstage, frame and wheel-lock scaffolding run in parallel. Adjustable steel props and scaffolding couplers are made on dedicated lines in the same facility. This setup reduces handover risk between suppliers.
Shared tooling and inspection points keep dimensions aligned across systems. A buyer can order ringlock standards, kwikstage ledgers and frame braces from one source. The plant also makes the welding machines used on these lines.
