Where system scaffolding is used

The photos show cuplock scaffolding used as shoring scaffolding and formwork scaffolding. Standards, ledgers, and braces form load-bearing towers under concrete slabs. Vertical cups at 500 mm intervals allow quick ledger connection without bolts.

In one view, adjustable U-head jacks support timber beams and plywood formwork. In another, steel planks create working platforms between towers. These arrangements suit heavy-duty slab shoring and temporary site shelters.

Bridge, long-span and curved-roof support

Cuplock scaffolding provides support for bridge construction and long-span structures. Towers are erected on uneven ground using base jacks for level adjustment. Ledgers and braces connect at cup nodes to form stable load paths.

For curved roofs, the system allows variable bay widths and heights. The photos show scaffolding under a curved concrete shell and along a bridge edge. No special tools are required beyond a hammer for wedge pins.

Facade access and painted systems

Facade scaffolding with safety netting is shown on building exteriors. Cuplock standards and ledgers create access platforms at multiple levels. Diagonal braces add lateral stability against wind loads.

Painted systems are available in red, orange, blue, and yellow. The photos show painted cuplock scaffolding on a facade. Surface finish can be hot-dip galvanized or painted, depending on project requirements.
